Pakistan must carry out its threat to its logical conclusion. Indo-Pak river treaty 1959 has expired long ago. It was heavily tilted in favour of Pakistan. It has not been renewed and hence the water flow has to be natural or on internationally recoginsied norms. The matter must be settled for once and all.
